  • Birth: Feb. 2, 1917 Logan Cache County Utah, USA Death: Apr. 20, 2007 East Cottonwood Heights Salt Lake County Utah, USA Ethelyn passed away peacefully in East Cottonwood Heights, Utah of causes incident to age at the age of 90 Years old. She was the daughter of James Lynn Clark and Effie Schow. She was the oldest of Six Children. She married Porter Melvin Miner on November 1, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They raised four children in Orem, Utah. Ethelyn enjoyed working, crocheting, playing games with her wonderful extended family.  Ethelyn will be missed by many. She was the greatest example of love, kindness and charity. She was truly an angel on earth. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. in the Cottonwood Heights LDS Stake Center, 6890 South 2225 East.  A Viewing was held on at the Stake Center, two hours prior to services. Graveside Services followed in the Provo City Cemetery, where she was buried beside her Beloved Husband, Melvin.
