Baptism in records of 1st Magherafelt Presb Xch Thomas Dale ,€“ leased house, yard and small garden from Julius Casement in Bellaghy, (of whic h part was included in Mullabuoy). Born c. 1808, the son of John Dale of Toberhead. Married f irst Elizabeth Mitchell and had at least 2 sons, Robert b. c. 1843 and Richard John b. 1844 . In 1848 Thomas married his second wife Elizabeth Burnside and had another daughter Jane b . 12 Aug 1848. Thomas died aged 78 in 1887 in Mullabuoy.
