  • Claire E. Cornell Claire E. Cornell, 79, of Murfreesboro, TN, formerly of Lincolnshire, IL, passed away Dec. 3, 2006. Beloved wife of the late James; loving mother of Katherine (Dale) Beaudoin and James Jr. "Buddy" (Cynthia); dear grandmother of Dale J. Beaudoin, Jr., Aimee Claire (Ron) Taylor, James Cornell (Kim) Beaudoin, Elizabeth Cora (Ryan) Recla, Benjamin Marquardt (Annie) Beaudoin; great-grandmother of Zachary and Isaac Taylor, Dale J. III and Rachelle Beaudoin and Nigel, Sebastien, Blase and Carter Beaudoin; dear sister of Dr. Gerald (Bobbie) Eckert and Ambassador Fred J. (Karen) Eckert. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Immaculate Conception Church in Charleston, SC. Entombment Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, IL.   • JAMES ``BUD`` CORNELL James ``Bud`` Cornell, 64, a senior vice president at the Marsh & McLennan Inc. insurance brokerage firm, died Thursday in Highland Park Hospital. Mr. Cornell, a resident of Lincolnshire, joined the firm in 1951 and worked in its offices in New York, Cuba and Venezuela, before moving to Chicago in 1961. He was past president of the Chicago Board of Underwriters. Survivors include his wife, Claire; a son, James Jr.; a daughter, Kathleen Beaudoin; two brothers; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Kelley & Spauling Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 181 W. Dundee Rd., Wheeling
